Double-deep automated warehouse with integrated wrapping

The installation uses double-deep stacker cranes, beam racks, a customised wrapping machine, conveyors, WMS and WCS. The design accommodates wooden pallet loads measuring 1,500 x 1,200 x 1,500 mm, with a maximum load of 1 tonne.

Wrapping, storage and retrieval are coordinated within the same material flow, reducing the need for separate handling stages.
